About Katrein's Claws
A nail salon built around one idea: the work should be the reason you come back, not the price.
Why we opened
Katrein's Claws started as a small studio with two chairs and a stubborn belief that most salons rush you. We wanted a place where the appointment starts with a conversation about what you want, not with a menu you are handed on the way in.
We kept it deliberately small. Fewer chairs means the artist is not watching the clock, the tools are not being rushed between clients, and the person who shapes your nails is the person who talks to you about them.
Everything else — the published prices, the open sterilisation, the one-tap booking — follows from that. If you know what something costs before you arrive, you can relax once you are in the chair.

Hygiene, plainly
We publish this because it is the question every client is too polite to ask.
Tools are opened in front of you
Instrument pouches are opened at the chair, so you can see that nothing has been used on anyone else.
Ultrasonic clean and sterilised after every client
The full cycle runs between appointments, not once at the end of the day.
A new file and buffer for every set
Files, buffers and wooden sticks are single-use. They never go back in the drawer.
Ventilated pedicure stations
Every pedicure chair has its own extraction, so the room stays fresh between clients.
The studio
Light, quiet and deliberately unhurried. Four chairs, one manicure table each, and enough space between them that you can hear your own music.
